In this project, we worked closely with our customer to develop the requirements for a customised Ignition SCADA system from Inductive Automation. The project began with workshops in which we worked with the customer to analyse the company's specific needs and challenges. This approach enabled us to develop a deep understanding of the operational processes and objectives and thus design an optimised solution.
Project DescriptionA key part of the project was the integration of the SCADA system with the customer's existing ERP system. This interface ensures seamless data exchange and enables the company to plan, control and monitor processes more efficiently.
The Ignition SCADA system will play a key role in the planning, operation and traceability of production processes in the future. It will support the company on its journey to a completely paperless and digital operation by replacing manual documentation with automated, digital processes. This changeover will not only lead to a significant reduction in paper consumption, but also to an improvement in data quality and availability.
