Gericke AG, Regensdorf

The GUC-F controller is the successor of the Easydos product line of Gericke AG. The previous interface from the process control system had to be replaced by a new Profinet interface and adapted to the new specifications. This included a cyclic as well as acyclic data/signal exchange. The existing process functions also had to be adapted accordingly to the new interface and functions.

The Gericke Formulation Skid GFS is a fully automated continuous manufacturing method for blending excipients and API upstream compaction, available in two versions: Continuous or Mini-Batch-Blending. It combines high precision loss-in-weight feeders with scientifically designed compact blenders and integrated PAT solutions.
