Wonderware System Platform Replacement and Migration
The operating system and virtual server environment of the Wonderware system platform is outdated. Our tasks were the installation, migration and commissioning of the existing system platform to the latest software release. Due to the parallel setup to the productive old system, the interruption time could be reduced to a minimum.
Visualization Transformer Station
The medium-voltage system was replaced due to its age. Accordingly, the existing condition monitoring systems were modified/adapted. An additional disconnector had to be integrated. The existing measuring points were integrated into a new system and were removed from the program.
Replacement of Siemens S7 Hardware
The central hardware SIMATIC S7-400 was obsolete and the used processor was no longer executable with the available communication processor. The corresponding hardware was replaced and loaded with the previous software.
Data Acquisition for Information System
Development of an automated CSV generation for important key figures of a returns logistics system.
Data Acquisition for Downtime Report
More than 19000 alarms (data points) of a partial picking system are collected and stored (grouped/sorted) in a separate database. From this data a daily report is created which is used for analysis purposes.
Energy Data of High Voltage Transformer Stations
The task included data acquisition and visualization of the high voltage transformer stations of the operation centers via digital inputs as well as Modbus communications.
Visualization Returns Logistics Plant
Creation of the complete visualization. Furthermore, wrapper modules were created for the connection to the existing control system, which allowed great flexibility and ensured a high degree of standardization.

Emergency Power/Load Management of Operations Centre
Complete automation for emergency/grid and load management. Selective and time-delayed start-up of large consumers or, during peak periods, the switching off of non-critical consumers or the switching on of emergency power devices were implemented.
