DMO for Powder Mixing Plant
For a completely new powder mixing plant for milk powder, DMO was used as a Nestlé-specific MES solution. Our task was the configuration of the system developed by a third party company as well as all necessary connections in PLC and HMI.
Batch Mixing Lines for Product Differentiation
In an existing factory in Askeaton (IRL), a batch mixing process was installed on three lines for the purpose of product differentiation. Up to nine different powders can be mixed as required. It is rather unusual that so many ingredients are used, and a well thought-out concept was required, especially for the HMI design.
